Is this location available year round?

Yes.  The house and yacht are available year round.  The yacht will travel to New York during the summer months, unless there is an event scheduled.  Please call to check availability.

How far in advance do I need to schedule an event?

Different times of year are busier than others, so it depends on when you would like to have your event.  For example March and April are very busy months as the weather in South Florida is so nice.  To book an event in those months you might want to give yourself a year.  Please call to check availability.

Is there an exclusive caterer for this property?

Yes. Bill Hansen Catering is the exclusive caterer for this property.  For information about his catering, please visit www.billhansencatering.com.  Under certain circumstances, we will allow another approved caterer on the property. For example for Glatt Kosher events. 

Do I need a wedding or event planner?

A planner is not required but will sure make your life a lot easier, and save you  time investigating vendors.  Professional, experienced planners know which vendors will give you the most "bang" for your buck, as well as which vendors are best not to work with. They also have the experience to handle an emergency and any back up contacts should something not go as planned.

Is there an additional fee to use the yacht?

Yes, when you rent the house for an event, the yacht  will be dockside most of the time.  Boarding the yacht can be arranged for your event.  If you would like to take a cruise along the intercoastal, there is an additional fee for that.

Can the yacht be chartered without renting the house?

Yes, you are able to charter the yacht without utilizing the house or catering services.  Please call for pricing and availability.
